I loved this hotel. Every one on staff went out of their way lớn make sure that I had a great stay. Good food, good local recommendations , they even booked hotel drop off and pick up to the airport, I would recommend this khổng lồ everyone!
Pros: Clean rooms và friendly staff. Pho for breakfast.Cons: Air conditioning remote control display was broken. Gaps around the shower door made bathroom floor wet.
Great location for sightseeing and shopping. All tours pick up from here. Efficient, friendly & extremely helpful staff. An extra mention to Rachael in reception for going above & beyond to lớn help me sort problems with airport taxis both ways after my flight changed times by 5 hrs. She stayed over an hour after her shift finished khổng lồ help us. Great breakfast and very clean. We had a windowless room and it was extremely comfortable và quiet despite being near the lifts. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was Not costing $70 for one night, other customers just paid $40 for same level room. Unfair for me booking in Orbitz

WE booked a deluxe room for 4 people through yenbaitourism.com.vn for 2 adults & 2 kids listed as aged 10 and 13. When we arrived it turned out they simply bởi vì not have rooms for 4? The staff were very helpful và pleasant but the fact remained that they did not have a room for us. Some miscommunication between yenbaitourism.com.vn và the khách sạn apparently. They did help us khổng lồ get 2 rooms và the staff were lovely. The main issue was really that the walls were so thin!!! I could lie in my bed and hear the man in the toilet next door!!!! Not a great night sleep it must be said, between that, people talking in the hall, doors slamming we could hear everything.
