I was totally lost in translation during my few hours stay at this hotel. The staff did not speak English at all which meant that the airport pickup I was expecting at 4 am never took place và I had to lớn find my own way to the hotel. The check-out process was far too long as they didn't seem to understand that I had already paid for the stay (despite me showing them the hotels.com receipt). I had paid for one night including breakfast and không tính tiền airport transfer but I was told in the morning that I could not have breakfast because I had only slept four hours in the hotel. All in all, I was fully reliant on a translation app in all my communication with this hotel.

This hotel is quite new with pool but not at walking distance khổng lồ the beach or restaurants but a taxi to Long Beach centre cost approx 1-1,5 USD (20 000 Dong) & the manager who was the only one speaking English was very helpful with everything we asked for. Rooms was not very clean but ok with good beds and for breakfast we only had 2 choice, fried eggs or omelette with bread but it as included in price which was very cheap so it was as we could expect for this cheap price.I can recommend this hotel but after been in Phu Quoc at this hoel for 8 nights I think I an eventual next time will book closer to Long Beach centre. Best locations are between Long Beach centre and the "capital" Doung Dong.Town. On this 3-4 km road most hotels và restaurants are located.
